Our Story
Born in Wallis.
NIVO.UNO was born from a simple conviction: the Rhône Valley of Wallis is one of Europe's most extraordinary agricultural regions, and almost nobody knows it. The driest valley in Switzerland. The highest vineyards in Europe. Saffron fields above 1300m. Apricot orchards that have fed generations.
We make botanical teas and handcrafted kombucha from these ingredients — not as a wellness product, not as a tourist souvenir, but as a contemporary expression of this place.

Philosophy
Nothing grows fast up here.
Alpine time runs differently. Herbs take three seasons to establish. Apricots blush slowly. Saffron flowers for exactly three weeks in October. We have learned to work at the valley's pace, not our own.
